About the Company

Capital Spindles (India) Pvt. Ltd. manufactures and repairs high-precision industrial machine tool spindles. We hire for both technical and non-technical positions.

About the Role

We need a sincere and proactive HR professional who can independently handle recruitment and basic day-to-day HR work.

The role mainly involves candidate sourcing, telephonic screening, interview coordination and regular follow-up.

Technical or engineering knowledge is not required. Technical interviews will be handled by our technical and management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare clear job postings.
- Post vacancies and source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, Apna and other suitable channels.
- Call candidates and conduct initial telephonic screening.
- Check experience, communication, attitude, salary expectations, location, notice period and job stability.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with management.
- Follow up after interviews and remain in contact with selected candidates until they join.




- Maintain candidate data and recruitment status in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Handle joining documents and basic employee records.
- Support attendance, leave records and routine employee coordination.
- Share regular recruitment updates with management.

What We Are Looking For
- Good communication and confident telephone handling.
- Ability to ask practical questions and judge candidates during initial screening.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable using job portals and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Sensible, sincere, organized and responsible.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Experience Required Preferably 2–5 years of HR or recruitment experience, including candidate sourcing and telephonic screening.
