Key Responsibilities:** • Source and screen candidates through various platforms
- Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring team
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets
Requirements: • Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment/HR
- Comfortable with calling and candidate coordination
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
