Puchkaman — Bengal’s First Street Food QSR Brand is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for outlet and corporate positions
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local hiring channels
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
- Recruit frontline QSR staff, including outlet managers, kitchen staff, service crew, cashiers, and other roles
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports
- Support onboarding and documentation of new employees




- Build a strong talent pipeline to support Puchkaman’s expansion

Who We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and people skills
- Hands-on experience in recruitment preferred
- Experience in QSR, hospitality, retail, or bulk hiring will be an advantage
- Ability to work with hiring targets and deadlines
- Energetic, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
