Brilliant Brains AI Digital Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR skilled to take 360° ownership of our people and employee lifecycle.

This is not just a recruitment or HR administration role. You will be responsible for ensuring we hire the right people, onboard them effectively, define performance expectations, develop talent, resolve employee concerns, improve retention, and build a strong performance-driven culture.

What You Will Own

Talent Acquisition: Workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and offer management

Onboarding & Role Clarity: Documentation, induction, KRAs, KPIs, probation and confirmation

Performance Management: KPI tracking, monthly reviews, feedback, PIPs and performance improvement

Employee Engagement: Regular employee check-ins, recognition, feedback and engagement initiatives

Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training/upskilling

Employee Relations: Grievances, conflicts, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns

Retention & Career Growth: Identify attrition risks, support appraisals, promotions and career progression

HR Operations: Attendance, leave, payroll inputs,



HRMS, employee records and documentation

Policies & Compliance: HR policies, employment documentation, confidentiality and process compliance

Exit Management: Resignations, handovers, exit interviews, clearance and documentation

People Analytics: Track hiring, attendance, performance, productivity, engagement and attrition

Culture Building: Drive accountability, ownership, collaboration and a high-performance work culture

AI & HR Automation: Introduce AI-driven recruitment, employee tracking, reporting and HR workflow automation

Who We're Looking For

Experience: 3–6 years in HR / People Operations

Location: Hyderabad

Work Type: Full-time | Work from Office

- Preference for candidates with experience in a startup, digital agency, technology company, SaaS business, or other fast-paced environment.
