Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

The role involves coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, supporting selection and offer processes, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for current team members. The HR Recruiter will maintain candidate records, track recruitment metrics,



and contribute to improving hiring processes and employer branding. Collaboration with management to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes.
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers, with an ability to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive candidate and employee relationships.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple vacancies, maintain accurate records, and meet hiring timelines.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices and compliance related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment within education, consulting, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
