nAs our HR Manager, you'll play a critical role in strengthening our people practices and organizational culture by:

nTalent Acquisition

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar roles
n
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements
n
- Improve hiring quality and reduce recruitment turnaround time
n

nPerformance Management

n

n
- Implement and monitor KRAs, KPIs, and performance appraisal systems
n
- Support managers in performance reviews and employee development
n
- Foster a high-performance work culture
n

nEmployee Engagement & Culture

n

n
- Design initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
n
- Organize learning, development, and recognition programs
n
- Resolve employee grievances and strengthen workplace relationships
n

nHR Operations

n

n
- Ensure smooth HR operations, documentation, and policy implementation
n
- Maintain employee records and HR compliance
n
- Drive process improvements and HR best practices
n

nCompliance & Statutory

n

n
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
n
- Coordinate audits and maintain HR documentation
n




- Support payroll inputs and attendance management
n

nBusiness Partnering

n

n
- Work closely with business leaders on workforce planning
n
- Provide HR insights that support business growth
n
- Help build a positive, performance-driven culture
n

nWe're Looking For Someone Who

nHas 8–15 years of HR experience

nHas worked in Manufacturing, Engineering, Textile, Fabric, Industrial or similar sectors

nUnderstands Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance & HR Operations

nHas experience in Recruitment, Performance Management & Employee Engagement

nCan confidently interact with senior leadership

nIs proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented
