Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Panchkula. The HR Manager will oversee all functions related to human resources, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company objectives, managing payroll and benefits,



and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to foster an inclusive, growth-driven company culture.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes, with the ability to source and onboard top talent
- Experience in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development
- Proven skills in HR Compliance, Payroll Management, and Benefits Administration
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and lead HR initiatives effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a managerial HR role is preferred
- Familiarity with wellness or consumer-focused industries is a plus
