Position: Executive / Sr. Executive - Learning & Development (L&D;)

Job Summary The Learning & Development (L&D;) Executive will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering learning programs, enhancing employee capabilities, and supporting organizational growth through continuous learning initiatives. The role will focus on sales training, product training, behavioral development, leadership development, and talent enhancement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) across functions.
- Develop and implement annual training calendars and learning initiatives.
- Organize induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Conduct and coordinate soft skills, behavioral, sales, product, and compliance training programs.
- Support field force capability building through regular training interventions.
- Develop training content, presentations, SOPs, manuals, and learning materials.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers for specialized programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and learning databases.
- Drive employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.




- Generate MIS reports related to training activities and learning outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and learning standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Learning & Development, or related discipline.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in L&D;, Talent Development, or Corporate Training.
- Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, FMCG, or Consumer Products industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong capability in content development, training coordination, and employee development programs.
