HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and workplace coordination.

The ideal candidate should be highly fluent in English, confident in speaking with candidates and employees, and capable of handling professional conversations independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace discipline.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee performance and support appraisal processes.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Ensure effective communication between employees and management.




- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.

Required Skills
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills – mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Positive organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Eligibility
- MBA in HR.
- Candidates with excellent English fluency and professional communication skills will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is confident, professional, well-spoken, presentable, and highly fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, clients, and management.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
