About the Role

Saifi Con Fab System Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and agile HR Manager to lead HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in plant HR, payroll, statutory compliance, manpower management, and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and the complete employee life cycle.
- Maintain HRMS records, attendance, leave, employee databases, and HR MIS.
- Handle monthly payroll, salary structures, overtime, deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Factory Act, and other applicable labour laws.
- Manage statutory returns, audits, documentation, and coordination with government departments.




- Plan and manage manpower requirements, recruitment, deployment, and shift operations.
- Handle contract labour management and ensure contractor compliance.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and industrial relations.
- Maintain a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience, with mandatory manufacturing/plant HR exposure.
- MBA in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, HRMS, and statutory compliances.
- In-depth understanding of labour laws, Factory Act, and industrial relations.
- Experience in manpower planning, contract labour, and shop floor operations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
