Job Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and confident HR Instructor to deliver engaging training sessions and help learners build practical skills in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR concepts, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable appearing in promotional and educational videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and practical HR training sessions.
- Teach key areas of Human Resource Management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, HR policies, and HR operations.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical activities.
- Provide guidance and feedback to learners to support their career development.
- Use real-world HR examples and industry practices to make training sessions practical and engaging.
- Conduct assessments and monitor learner progress.
- Stay updated with current HR trends, practices, tools, and industry requirements.
- Participate in the development of training materials and learning content.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery.




- Participate in promotional, awareness, and educational videos for marketing and social media campaigns.
- Present HR-related topics confidently and professionally on camera.
- Support other academic and promotional activities as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or HR training is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring learners.
- Good command of English.
- Comfortable and confident appearing in promotional and educational videos.
- Creative and engaging approach to presenting HR-related content.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic learning environment.
