Role Details

Reporting To : CHRO

Location - Bangalore (Corporate Office)

Work Model - Onsite

What would you be doing?

- Lead the HRBP function for Regions across PAN India, reporting to the CHRO at bigbasket.
- Drive and implement the HR strategy for the regions, ensuring strong alignment with overall business priorities and growth plans.
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, talent management, development, succession planning and offboarding.
- Partner with regional and business leaders to build a high-performance culture aligned with bigbasket’s values and business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning and talent strategies in line with projected business growth and evolving workforce requirements.
- Partner closely with Corporate HRBP, COEs, Talent Acquisition, L&D;,



D&I; and other HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions for the business.
- Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to senior business leaders, providing insights and solutions on people, organisation and business challenges.
- Proactively gather employee and business feedback, identify people-related issues and drive interventions to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Who are we looking for?

- A senior HR business partner/Head who has 12-15 years of experience in the Indian market functioning across different business lines and industries.
- Postgraduate or MBA in HR or relevant education qualification
- Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities and ability to successfully operationalize HR programs strategies.
- Collaborative across teams to design and implement robust Talent Management Strategies to develop succession Pipeline to meet the growth requirement of the organization.
- Strong influencing, interpersonal skills and overall leadership capability
- Demonstrated verbal, written communication and People management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of applicable Central, State and local laws pertaining to the employment relationship.
- Experience in organizational development and change management processes.
