Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with robust hands-on experience in Payroll, HR MIS/Reports, Recruitment, and Advanced Excel . The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day HR operations and preparing accurate HR reports.
Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly payroll processing , attendance, leave and salary inputs. Prepare HR MIS, payroll reports and management reports . Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Manage joining, onboarding, employee data and exit formalities. Prepare and analyse HR data using Advanced Excel . Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related queries. Support HR policies, compliance and day-to-day HR operations.
