About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support day-to-day HR operations & recruitment. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate interview processes and provide feedback updates
- Support onboarding and induction programs
- Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events

3. Payroll & Benefits Support





- Coordinate with payroll team for attendance and leave records
- Support benefits administration and statutory compliance

4. HR Operations & Compliance

- Maintain employee files and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare HR reports and MIS
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.)

Key Skills

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
