Job Summary We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing/factory location. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, HR administration and supporting employee engagement and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the factory location.
- Handle recruitment and manpower requirements for factory and support functions.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and joining formalities.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation and HR records.
- Monitor attendance, leave, shift and employee-related records.
- Coordinate with employees and department heads regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance data and monthly HR reports.
- Assist with statutory and labour compliance activities, including PF, ESIC and other applicable compliances.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
- Maintain proper personnel files and HR documentation.




- Prepare HR MIS and reports related to manpower, attendance, recruitment and attrition.
- Support disciplinary procedures and implementation of company HR policies.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth HR operations.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR Operations and Recruitment.
- Working knowledge of attendance, leave and payroll processes.
- Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR activities at a factory location.
- Solid coordination and employee-handling skills.

Qualification MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in manufacturing, food processing, FMCG or factory HR operations will be preferred.
