Hiring: Factory HR Executive

We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who can manage HR operations at the factory level, handle the team on the ground, and help us build strong HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the factory/ground level
- Handle employee relations, grievances, discipline and workforce issues
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave and employee records
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance
- Manage and coordinate with the HR team at the factory
- Work closely with factory management and department heads
- Develop and improve HR systems, SOPs, policies and processes
- Manage HR MIS, payroll inputs and employee documentation
- Support training, employee engagement and performance initiatives
- Act as a bridge between management and factory employees

Candidate Profile




- Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
- 6+ months of HR experience, preferably in FMCG/manufacturing
- Good understanding of HR operations and labour compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and comfortable working with employees at the ground level
- Ability to manage a team and take ownership of HR operations
- Willingness to learn, improve and build systems from the ground up
