HR Executive – Payroll & Recruitment Job Location: Vesu, Shyam Mandir, Surat, Gujarat Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Employment Type: Full time PositionHR Executive Job ResponsibilitiesManage monthly payroll processing and salary-related activities. Handle PF and ESIC registration, contributions, and compliance. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.

Handle joining formalities, employee documentation, and onboarding. Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular HR reports. Coordinate with management regarding employee-related matters. Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR administration.





Candidate

RequirementsGraduate/MBA in HR or Human Resources preferred. 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred. Good knowledge of Payroll, PF, and ESIC is required. Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation. Candidates who can independently manage payroll and recruitment will be preferred. Salary₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
