Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end bulk hiring operations—sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates for high-volume roles (up to 500+ hires/month).
- Deploy and optimize multi-channel sourcing strategies including job portals, campus drives, vendor partnerships, and social media campaigns.
- Conduct high-throughput interviews and assessments with standardized evaluation frameworks compliant with client hiring policies.
- Coordinate with internal ops and client HR teams to ensure seamless candidate flow, documentation, and background verification compliance.
- Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire,



offer acceptance rates) to drive continuous process improvement.
- Manage vendor and campus partner relationships to maintain pipeline health and candidate quality benchmarks.
