After establishing TSS in Nagpur, we have now opened our Pune outlet in Baner.

Our Pune property also includes Downtown Coffee, our daytime café concept.

ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to take ownership of cleanliness and housekeeping standards across the entire property.

The supervisor will lead the housekeeping team, assign duties, conduct regular inspections and ensure that all guest and operational areas remain clean throughout the day and night.

This is a hands-on supervisory position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and manage the housekeeping team on every shift.
- Prepare daily duty allocation and cleaning schedules.
- Ensure cleanliness of all guest areas, restaurant floors, café, bar, outdoor areas and entrances.
- Maintain extremely high standards of washroom cleanliness and hygiene throughout operating hours.
- Conduct regular inspection rounds during service.
- Ensure tables, chairs, furniture, glass, mirrors and fixtures remain clean and presentable.
- Manage cleaning before opening, during operations and after closing.




- Ensure immediate cleaning of spills and high-traffic areas during busy service.
- Coordinate with restaurant and café managers for housekeeping requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness during live music nights, events, brunches and high-volume weekends.
- Monitor garbage collection, segregation and disposal.
- Maintain housekeeping chemicals, consumables and cleaning equipment.
- Monitor stock of tissue paper, handwash, garbage bags and other housekeeping supplies.
- Control unnecessary usage and wastage of cleaning materials.
- Ensure correct and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues such as leakage, broken fixtures or damaged furniture immediately.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene and grooming.
- Maintain staff attendance, discipline and proper uniform standards.
- Conduct final property checks before opening and after closing.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining standards across: Restaurant & Bar · Downtown Coffee · Washrooms · Entrance & Reception · Outdoor Areas · Staircases & Passages · Staff Areas · Back-of-House Areas · Storage Areas





WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The candidate should have:

- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor / Senior Housekeeping Associate.
- Experience in a premium restaurant, bar, hotel, café or hospitality property is strongly preferred.
- Experience supervising and allocating work to a housekeeping team.
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
- Ability to identify cleanliness issues before guests notice them.
- Good team-management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good personal grooming and discipline.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy operations.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends and late-night shifts as required.
