Manage inventory for housekeeping supplies and uniformsInterviews, trains and schedules the Housekeeping staff, conducts performance evaluations and corrective interviews as neededMinimum of three years’ hotel supervisory/management experiencedTo be acting Director of Housekeeping when Director of Housekeeping is off the property for a period of timeEnsure that daily payroll management procedures are submitted within deadlinesEnsure occupational health and safety standards are maintained throughout the hotel and are in compliance with local, state and Federal lawsMake sure that all the special projects will be done perfectly and on a timely manner, window washing, pest control programsTo maintain strong, skilled relationships with the relevant representatives from vendors (suppliers), competitor hotels and other organisationsTo respond to changes in the Housekeeping function as dictated by the industry, company and hotelAdhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
