Housekeeping Staff – & KRA

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Minimum 8th or 10th pass.

Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in retail stores, offices, or hotels (Freshers are welcome; experience is a plus).

Skills: Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures, waste disposal, hygiene standards, and punctuality.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

Daily Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming across designated store/office areas.

Restroom Sanitation: Clean, sanitize, and restock toiletries (soaps, tissues, hand wash) in washrooms throughout the day.

Trash & Waste Management: Empty trash bins regularly and ensure proper disposal of waste.

Inventory Monitoring:



Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management prior to stock depletion.

Facility upkeep: Ensure glass doors, mirrors, display units, and furniture remain smudge-free and clean.

Salary: 10,000 - 13,000
