Kerala Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Holiday Consultant to join our team in Kochi.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into well-planned holiday experiences.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth bookings.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales, holiday consulting,



or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Kerala and South India travel destinations.
- Solid customer-handling, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Good English communication; Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
