NReporting to: Regional Sales Manager

NDescription of the duties:

- Ability to interact and sell effectively at all levels including, but not limited to: Corporate Officers, Plant Engineering and maintenance, Supply Chain Personnel, Operators and other plant support employees
N
- Supporting Customers over the phone, email and in person in a courteous and effective manner
N
- Learning our products with a focus on turbomachinery, life cycle cost, and Sustainability
N
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the territory
N
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
N
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market feedback to upper management
N
- Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities and sales leads within the territory
N
- Product Promotion:



Present and promote products to clients, conducting presentations and demonstrations as needed.

- Bachelor's degreein Business, Engineering or related field
N
- Mechanically inclined
N
- Active listening skillsand customer solution-oriented approach

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

- Positive approach in work environment

- Willingness to learn everyday on the job

- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales or account management

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the products/services and market trends in the territory

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for client interaction and reporting

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market conditions to develop strategies
