We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential business clients.
- Introduce Ranking Partner and our digital marketing services.
- Understand the client's business and marketing requirements.
- Generate and qualify potential leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners.
- Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
- Must have a smartphone, laptop and stable internet connection.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹9,000/month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹9,000/month

Earn up to ₹18,000/month based on your performance.
