NShift - Flexible to work in shifts (3PM: 12AM & 5PM - 2AM Both)

No Guide new users throughthe onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.

No Coordinate account setup and configuration, providing initial support and resources.

User Adoption:

No Engage with clients to proactively drive product adoption through tailored strategies,

Nresources, and best practices.

N3) Training Coordination:

No Plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions for users, both in-person and virtually.

No Create and maintain training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible for

Nclients.

n4) Support Coordination:

No Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate

Nresponses.

no Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, performing routine

Nmaintenance and troubleshooting.

No Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve user issues and escalate complex

Ninquiries as necessary

N5) Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support requests. o Prepare reports on user engagement, feedback, and training effectiveness for management review.
