NThe Prospect

nWe are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Service Manager to join our

Nteam. This role involves extensive engagement with both prospective and existing clients across

Ntheir onboarding, servicing, and portfolio-related requirements.

NThe position requires significant client interaction and active involvement across all aspects of

Nclient servicing, operational support, and trade execution. This is a position which focuses on

Nbuilding meaningful client relationships while delivering best-in-class service and operational

Nexcellence.

nLocation: Bengaluru

NExperience: 3–5 years, with a working understanding of Client Service & reporting

Nfor wealth & financial services

NFunction: Wealth Management / Advisory – Client Service & Operations

NWhat You'll Do

n- Manage Client onboarding and account maintenance for both new and existing clients in

Nline with regulatory and organizational policies.

N- Collect and validate account-specific documentation and financial information to ensure

Ncompliance requirements are met.

N- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, Banks, AMCs and Product

NManufacturers (AIFs, PMS providers etc.)

- Provide operational support across a broad suite of financial products and applications.
N
- Handle Transactions, Operations and other support activities, including trade
N

nplacement, confirmation, settlement tracking, and reconciliation across mutual funds,

NAIFs and PMS and other investments.

N- Oversee administrative and transactional activities including money transfers, tax

Nreporting, portfolio review preparation and resolution of client queries.

N- Build long-term,



trust-based relationships that go beyond transactions via supporting

NWealth Managers & leadersby ensuring seamless coordination and contributing to

Nclient meetings as required.

NWhat We're Looking For

NProfile

n- 3–5 years of professional & proven experience, ideally with early exposure to wealth

Nmanagement, private banking, financial services, or a closely related field

N- Strong operational skills with sound understanding of Banking, Mutual Funds, Capital

NMarkets and other financial products.

N- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point, other reporting systems and

Ntransaction platforms in the industry.

N- Bachelor's or Master's degree, in Marketing, Finance or related discipline from a

Nreputed University.

n- Based in, or open to relocating to, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, or

NKolkata. Location flexibility may be required.
