NKALISTA is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Textile Designer to join our design team in Noida.

NThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of textile design, colour, print development and surface ornamentation, along with the ability to translate creative concepts into commercially successful festive and occasion-wear collections.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Research seasonaltrends and develop original textile concepts

- Create prints, motifs, layouts and colourways
N
- Develop placement prints and embroidery artworks
N
- Build cohesive print stories and mood boards for collections
N
- Coordinate with fashiondesigners, sampling teams and vendors
N
- Review strike-offs, embroideries and production samples
N
- Guide junior designers and manage multiple projects and timelines
N
- Maintain originality while ensuring designs align with KALISTA's aesthetic
N

nRequirements:

- Degree in TextileDesign, Fashion Design or a related discipline
N
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Indian occasion wear, festive wear or contemporary ethnic fashion
N
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Procreate
N
- Excellent understandingof colours, fabrics, printing techniques and embroidery
N
- Strong creative direction, attention to detail and commercial sensibility
N
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
N
