- Robust expertise in LTE/NR Physical Layer (L1/PHY) algorithm and software development

- Experience with modulation, LDPC/Turbo, MIMO, beamforming, channel estimation, IQ processing & FFT/IFFT
N
- Strong C/C++, MATLAB and embedded real-time systems expertise
N
- Experience with FPGA / ASIC / GPU acceleration
N
- Hands-on experience with CPRI/eCPRI fronthaul protocols
N
- Knowledge of PHY, RF/Radio, L2 and fronthaul integration
N
- Strong experience in L1performance optimization, DSP debugging and troubleshooting
N
- Proven leadership experience in driving large-scale L1 delivery programs
