We are looking for a Commercial / Finance Professional to join our team for Project Commercial & Financial Monitoring.

? Qualification:

- MBA (Finance)
- M.Com
- CA Inter / CMA Inter

? Key Responsibilities:

- Verification of vendor bills, invoices, supporting documents, payment compliance and payment tracking.
- Monitoring project expenditure, CAPEX utilisation and highlighting deviations.
- Managing daily payment approvals, supporting-document verification and implementation of the approval process.
- Monthly monitoring of physical project progress, including site visits and reporting deviations.
- Monitoring project inventory and material movement, including reconciliation and discrepancy reporting.
- Ensuring adherence to SOPs, DOA matrix and monthly project progress reporting.
- Reviewing insurance policies for adequacy, coverage verification and renewal tracking.
- Coordination with Project, Finance, Procurement,



Stores and Management teams.
- Preparation of MIS, variance analysis and management reports.

? Desired Skills:

- Robust knowledge of MS Excel, accounting and financial analysis.
- Understanding of project costing, CAPEX and commercial processes.
- Good analytical, documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to undertake project/site visits.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, manufacturing or industrial projects will be an advantage.

? Location: Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh

? Experience: 2+ Years in Internal Audit/Audit.
