NQualification

nBachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, 3D Visualization or related discipline.

NStrong portfolio of architectural visualization projects is preferred.

NKey Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D visualizations for architectural and interior projects.

- Develop detailed 3D models, renders, perspectives and walkthroughs.
N
- Produce realistic materials, textures, lighting and camera compositions.
N
- Convert architectural drawings and concepts into compelling visual presentations.
N
- Coordinate with architects,



designers and project teams.
N
- Make revisions based onproject requirements and client feedback.
N
- Deliver visualization outputs within project timelines.
N

nIdeal Candidate

NStrong creative and visual skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit and rendering tools such as V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape. Positive knowledge of Photoshop and post-production is preferred.

NCandidates with experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, landscape or infrastructure visualization will be preferred.
