NWe are looking for an experienced Senior Phlebotomist / IV Therapy Specialist with solid expertise in venipuncture, IV cannulation and infusion therapies

NKey Requirements:

n
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in phlebotomy & IV therapy
N
- Expertise in difficult vein access and peripheral IV placement
N
- Experience with IV drips, IV pushes, IM/SubQ injections
N
- Knowledge of IV solution preparation/compounding and aseptic techniques
N
- Strong patient communication and ability to handle anxious patients
N
- Experience with vital signs, specimen handling and EMR documentation
N
- BLS/CPR certification required
N
- Nursing degree/license or relevant phlebotomy certification preferred
N
- Experience in wellness,luxury healthcare, IV hydration or outpatient settings is an advantage
