Job DescriptionCrestford Realty is looking for a confident, professional and experienced Personal Assistant to the Founder – Real Estate Sales for our office in Sector 132, Noida.

NThis is a highly client-facing role combining Founder's Office responsibilities with Real Estate Sales & Business Development.

NThe candidate will work closely with the Founder and actively participate in client meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, follow-ups and deal closures.

NKey Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day business and sales activities.

- Attend client meetings and site visits with the Founder.
N
- Understand client requirements and present suitable property opportunities.
N
- Handle leads, follow-ups and client relationships.
N
- Assist in negotiations and drive deals towards closure.
N
- Coordinate with clients, property owners, developers and other stakeholders.
N
- Maintain lead and follow-up records through CRM.
N
- Manage the Founder's meetings, appointments,



calls and business coordination.
N
- Prepare basic sales reports and maintain confidentiality.
N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.

- Proven experience in property sales and deal closures.
N
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Confident and professional personality.
N
- Comfortable with clientmeetings and frequent site visits.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-management ability.
N
- Good understanding of the Noida & Greater Noida real estate market.

- Well-organised, proactive and capable of taking ownership.

- Good knowledge of CRM, MS Excel and basic business communication.
