NWe're hiring a Graphic Designer

NNot just someone who makes things "look good" we need someone who creates graphics people actually want to wear.

NIf you've created ads that actually convert, and can turn briefs into high-quality creatives fast.

NWhat you'll do:

NDesign original, trend-driven t-shirt graphics

NCreate print-ready artwork (DTF, screen print, embroidery-ready formats)

NTranslate concepts into wearable designs with strong visual appeal

NDesign social media posts, carousels, ad creatives, and campaign assets

NCreate visuals for website, marketplaces, quick-commerce & listings

NSupport landing pages, banners, email & WhatsApp creatives

NBuild and iterate on high-performing ad creatives

NMaintain clean file systems (Figma/Drive) & ensure design QC before launch





NWork closely with marketing to deliver campaign-ready creatives on time

NWhat you should have:

N1–3 years in graphic design (Apparel/streetwear/D2C preferred)

NStrong skills in Illustrator / Photoshop (Figma is a plus)

NUnderstanding of performance creatives (CTR-focused design)

NAbility to work quick without compromising quality

NBonus if you:

NUnderstand what makes an ad "win"

NKnow what makes a t-shirtdesign sell (not just look good)

NThink in systems, not just one-off creatives

NImpact you'll drive:

NLaunch high-performing t-shirt collections

NImprove product appeal & conversion rates

NContribute to 400–600 creatives/year

NEnsure 100% campaign readiness
