NAbout the Role

nWeare looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through field sales. The role involves meeting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals and converting prospects into customers.

NKey Responsibilities

nGenerate recent leads through field visits, direct prospecting, referrals, and networking.

NVisit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare establishments.

NConduct product presentations and demos and explain Docterz solutions.

NManage the complete salescycle from lead generation to closure.

NBuild and maintain strongcustomer relationships.

NAchieve monthly sales andrevenue targets.

NMaintain leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.





NTrack market and competitor insights and share regular sales updates.

NCoordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

NPreferred Background

nCandidates from HealthTech, EdTech, FinTech, SaaS, B2B Sales, or Technology/Software Sales will be preferred.

NRequirements

n2-5 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales.

NExcellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

NStrong sales and target-oriented mindset.

NComfortable with regular field visits and travel.

NExperience with CRM toolsis preferred.

NTwo-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
