Job DescriptionAppSquadz Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an IT Sales & Government RFP Executive who has a strong understanding of Government Tenders, RFPs, IT Sales, and software development projects**.

NKey Responsibilities

- Identify and track Government RFPs, tenders, EOIs, and technical bids related to IT/software services
N
- Read and analyze RFPs, Scope of Work, PQT/TQ, eligibility criteria, deliverables, and commercial requirements
N
- Evaluate tender requirements and assess company eligibility and participation
N
- Understand IT solutionsincluding software development, web/mobile applications, cloud, IT infrastructure, and managed services
N
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams to prepare bid responses
N
- Identify potential government and enterprise clients and new business opportunities
N
- Attend client meetings,presentations, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions
N
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and partners
N
- Prepare opportunity summaries,



bid trackers, and sales reports
N

nRequired Skills

NGood understanding of IT Sales & Business Development

NAbility to read and interpret Government RFPs/Tenders

NBasic-to-good understanding of software development and IT solutions

NStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills

NGood analytical and research skills

NAbility to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities

NProficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
