Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Associate Team Lead – Spatial Design with solid design sensibility and experience in workplace space planning, concept development, and client presentations.

NKey Responsibilities:

NLead spatial planning andworkplace layouts based on client requirements.

NDevelop design concepts, mood boards, and design proposals.

NHandle client presentations, discussions, and feedback.

NLead, mentor, and coordinate a team of designers.

NReview layouts and ensuredesign quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

NCoordinate with 3D, Design Delivery, and Execution teams.

NSupport the Design Lead in design pitches and project development.

NRequired Skills

nStrong space planning and design sense.

NExcellent client handling,



communication, and presentation skills.

NGood understanding of workplace design, furniture planning, circulation, and space utilization.

NAbility to manage multiple projects and lead a team.

NSoftware:

NAutoCAD – Mandatory

nSketchUp – Mandatory

NAny rendering software such as Enscape / V-Ray / D5 / Lumion – Required

NRevit – Added advantage
