We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Retail Sales Staff member to join our footwear store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, selling shoes and slippers, maintaining product displays, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their footwear requirements.
- Show customers suitable shoes and slippers and assist them in selecting products.
- Explain product features, sizes, prices, and available options.
- Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Arrange footwear and other products neatly on shelves and displays.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the store.




- Assist with daily shop management and basic stock organization.
- Ensure customers receive a friendly and positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Polite, responsible, and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi
- Previous retail or footwear-sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work full-time and throughout the week as per the store schedule.
