HSE Project Manager Your Tasks HSE Compliance & Improvement Monitor and analyze HSE audit findings. Conduct and manage global HSE assessments. Identify and evaluate HSE risks, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with Sustainability teams on HSE-related requirements. Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen HSE performance. Project & Process Management Define and manage project scope, requirements, objectives, and implementation plans.

Initiate, track, and manage projects through the Accelerator tool. Identify project resource needs and coordinate required support. Develop business cases and secure project funding where required. Establish project KPIs, measures, and success indicators.

Identify and coordinate IT requirements for project implementation. Develop training and communication plans to support project delivery. Conduct project reviews and stakeholder alignment meetings. Monitor, track, and report project progress and performance.

Escalate risks and issues where necessary. Ensure successful project completion and closure.
