Role Description The Health Insurance Advisor role is a full-time hybrid position , with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The advisor will guide individuals and families in understanding health insurance products, explain coverage options and benefits, and recommend suitable plans aligned with their needs and budgets.

Daily activities include meeting prospective and existing customers, conducting needs assessments, preparing and presenting proposals, and assisting with policy issuance and renewals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following up on leads,



supporting claim-related queries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The advisor will collaborate with internal teams, participate in local marketing and outreach initiatives, and use digital tools and platforms to manage customer interactions efficiently.

Qualifications

- Strong advisory and customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to explain complex information in clear, simple terms.
- Sales and relationship management abilities, such as prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Knowledge of health insurance concepts, products, and regulatory guidelines, or willingness to learn with appropriate training.
- Proficiency with digital tools and office applications for managing customer data, preparing proposals, and conducting virtual meetings.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages as relevant to the Lucknow region.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle field and work from home in a hybrid environment.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; prior experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare advisory is an advantage.
- Ethical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to non-discriminatory, customer-centric practices.
