n? SD-WAN, Enterprise Networking & Cloud Connectivity

n? Customer Experience & Executive Stakeholder Management

n? Commercial Performance & Service Growth

n? Global Onshore / Offshore Team Leadership

n✅ Managing large-scale 24x7 global network operations

n✅ Leading geographically distributed, multidisciplinary teams

n✅ Managing AVP / VP / CXO-level customer relationships and escalations

n✅ Driving network transformation and modernization programs

n✅ Delivering measurable improvements in MTTR, productivity, reliability, cost and customer experience

n✅ Building automation and AIOps-led operational models

n✅ Managing complex multi-vendor telecom and enterprise network environments

n✅ Solid understanding of IP, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching and cloud connectivity
