Own marketing. All of it. Then make it impossible to ignore us.

Your job, in slightly more than one line

You'll set the brand and the story. How we sound, where we show up, why anyone should care. You'll build the engine that brings enterprises and candidates to our door, from demand generation to content to digital to partnerships to the events worth turning up at.

You'll pick a KPI and carry it on your back. Pipeline, inbound, reach, whatever we agree matters most right now. You'll own the number, defend it, and celebrate it. No hiding behind decks.

You'll build a lean, mean team. Small, sharp, no passengers. You'll hire people you'd bet on, give them room, and stay close enough to catch trouble early. And when it's just you and a deadline at midnight, you'll ship it yourself.

You'll sit at the table where strategy gets made, not the room where it gets announced. You'll report straight to the co-founders and you'll have their ear, their trust and their expectations.





Who we're looking for

You've spent at least eight years in marketing and you've grown something from small to significant. You remember what it felt like when nobody knew your name, and you remember the day that changed.

If you've cut your teeth at a top advertising agency, we'd be delighted. If you've built the marketing function at a fast-growing startup, we'd be delighted. Both? Now we're talking.

You think like an owner. You don't wait for briefs, you write them. You're comfortable with chaos and allergic to bureaucracy. You can move from a brand narrative in the morning to a campaign dashboard in the afternoon without missing a beat. You've sold into enterprises, or you know exactly what it takes to.

And you care about craft. The copy, the design, the timing, the tone. Positive enough isn't.
