Role Description The Head of FDD (Financial Due Diligence) will lead and oversee end-to-end due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and investments, ensuring high-quality analyses and risk assessments for clients. This full-time, in office role, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, involves managing project delivery, guiding cross-functional teams, and coordinating with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders to understand transaction structures and business drivers. The role includes reviewing financial statements, cash flows, forecasts, and key performance indicators, identifying deal issues and opportunities, and preparing clear,



insightful reports and presentations.

The Head of FDD will be responsible for developing methodologies, enhancing internal processes, mentoring team members, supporting business development, and contributing to thought leadership in the FDD and transaction advisory space.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, and M&A; analysis, including review of financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, audit practices, tax implications, and regulatory frameworks relevant to transactions and investments.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation fundamentals, and data analysis tools for evaluating business performance and transaction impacts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams, with skills in stakeholder management, delegation, and mentoring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial findings into transparent, actionable insights for clients and senior leadership.
- Experience in sectors such as asset management, private equity, or consulting, preferably with exposure to real estate or similar asset classes.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, transaction-driven setting on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area
