About this role

We want a builder who still lives in the code, not an architect who lives in meetings. You've done the seed-to-Series-B/C journey once; you know exactly what breaks at each stage of scale, and you want to do it again with your hands on the keyboard. You've worked deeply on B2B SaaS and enterprise-scale problems, so you understand the depth of what our customers need and how to build around it.

You'll own engineering end-to-end: the platform and agent infra, the team, and the bar. This is the person who turns a young, hungry team into a world-class one.

What you'll do





- Own the technical direction for our platform and agent infra, and stay hands-on: scope, build, and make the hard calls yourself
- Scale the engineering org from where it is today with the growth of the firm, hiring and grooming a world-class team along the way
- Ship fast without breaking enterprise trust: reliability, security, and depth are non-negotiable for our B2B SaaS customers
- Set the engineering bar, culture, and rituals, and defend them as we grow
- Partner with founders and GTM to translate enterprise problems into shipped product

What we're looking for

- 10-12 years building software, with real depth in the implementation and development of infrastructure for AI agents
- You've experienced the scaling journey firsthand—at a global company or at a high-growth startup (Series A, Series B, or Series C+).
- Proven B2B SaaS and enterprise-scale experience: you understand the depth of problems and know how to navigate them
- A leader who moves really rapid and has managed teams of 20-30, with a track record of building and grooming top engineering talent

Bonus points

- You've founded a company before
- You've built agent or LLM systems in production, not just prototypes
- You've owned security and reliability for enterprise customers
- You've hired into a Bangalore-based engineering org
