FROMM India is currently undergoing a massive expansion, developing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at AURIC, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The project encompasses greenfield construction, extensive CAPEX procurement, production setup, and aggressive future expansion plans.Position OverviewWe are seeking a senior, business-oriented Chartered Accountant to spearhead our Finance, Accounts, Commercial, and Internal Control operations.This is a strategic leadership role with a clear path to becoming the CFO for Indian operations.

The role is structured in two distinct phases:

- Phase 1 (Initial): Based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to drive financial control over the AURIC manufacturing project and establish greenfield financial systems.
- Phase 2 (Future): Relocate to Navi Mumbai to progressively absorb overall financial responsibility for the existing Sales & Service division, uniting both entities under single leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject & CAPEX Control (AURIC Plant)

- Drive financial and commercial governance over the greenfield AURIC manufacturing project.
- Monitor and audit construction costs, MEP, machinery procurement, and expansion expenditure.
- Deliver rigorous variance analysis tracking CAPEX layout against budgeted forecasts.

Plant & Manufacturing Financials

- Establish robust manufacturing costing models, inventory tracking, WIP, and finished-goods valuation.




- Maintain strict governance over working capital, accounts receivable, payables, and credit management.
- Design and implement comprehensive MIS reporting frameworks, cash flow forecasting, and annual budgets.

Internal Controls, Governance & Risk Management

- Formulate and enforce robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
- Embed strict segregation of duties (SoD), maker-checker architectures, and digital approval matrices.
- Optimize ERP configurations to institutionalize automated financial and commercial checkpoints.
- Audit and validate major customer, supplier, procurement, and commercial contracts.
- Minimize risk exposure across purchasing pipelines, asset registers, warehouses, and payments.

Taxation, Compliance & Team Leadership

- Ensure absolute compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Customs, and Import/Export regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison for statutory/internal auditors, financial institutions, and government authorities.
- Progressively absorb the financial operations of the Navi Mumbai Sales & Service entity.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing Finance & Commercial team equipped for business growth.

Candidate ProfileMust-Have Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Certified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: 15 to 20 years of solid post-qualification experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial sectors.
- Project Experience: Proven hands-on expertise in plant finance, manufacturing accounting, and CAPEX/project cost control.
- Technical Depth: Mastery over Indian direct/indirect taxation, statutory compliance, and corporate risk frameworks.
- Mobility: Absolute willingness to sit initially at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and subsequently relocate permanently to Navi Mumbai.
- Executive Presence: Strong leadership traits with the capability to interface directly with the Managing Director and Global/Group Management.
