Provide friendly, productive, and professional food & beverage service to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests courteously.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Recommend menu items and upsell promotions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup.
- Follow service, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor (TL) / Assistant Restaurant Manager.
