Role Description The Guest Relations Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, focused on delivering a welcoming and smooth experience for all guests.

Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests on arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling inquiries in person and via phone or email, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs. The role involves resolving guest issues promptly, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that service standards reflect the resort’s commitment to hospitality and sustainability.

provide explicit information about resort services, and consistently support high levels of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with diverse guests.
- Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience in building positive guest relationships and handling feedback constructively.
- Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills, including managing front desk operations, reservations, and guest queries efficiently.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management or reservation systems is beneficial.
- Formal education in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset but not mandatory.
