About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Guest Post Outreach Specialist to join our remote SEO team. You will be responsible for finding relevant websites, managing outreach campaigns, building publisher relationships, negotiating guest post opportunities, and securing high-quality backlinks.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with blogger outreach and understands what makes a backlink valuable, relevant, and safe for SEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify high-quality, relevant websites for guest posting.
- Build and maintain a database of websites, bloggers, publishers, and webmasters.
- Execute personalized email outreach campaigns.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain publisher relationships.
- Negotiate guest post pricing, requirements, and publishing terms.
- Evaluate websites based on relevance, authority, organic traffic, and spam signals.
- Coordinate with content writers to meet publisher requirements.
- Track outreach campaigns, responses, negotiations, placements, and live links.
- Monitor published backlinks and ensure links remain live.
- Conduct competitor backlink and guest post research.
- Consistently achieve monthly outreach and backlink placement targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in guest posting, blogger outreach, link building, or off-page SEO.




- Strong understanding of SEO and link-building fundamentals.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with email outreach and follow-ups.
- Ability to identify quality websites and filter out spammy/low-quality domains.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good research, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel and online collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Hunter, BuzzStream, Pitchbox , or similar tools.
- Understanding of DA, DR, organic traffic, referring domains, and backlink profiles.
- Experience with international outreach and English-language websites.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and SEO analytics.

- Qualified websites researched and added to the outreach database.
- Outreach volume and response rate.
- Successful guest post placements.
- Quality and relevance of acquired backlinks.
- Monthly backlink targets.
- Cost per placement.
- Percentage of live and active backlinks.
