ROLE

We are looking for a smart, confident and warm Guest Relationship Manager who can become the face of hospitality at TSS Pune.

The GRM will be responsible for managing the guest journey — from reservations and arrival to seating, engagement, feedback and farewell.

This role is especially important in building relationships with regular guests and creating repeat customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting guests and table allocation.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and service team for smooth seating.
- Understand guest preferences and help create a personalised experience.
- Build relationships with regular guests and identify potential repeat customers.
- Maintain a database of regular guests, preferences, birthdays and special occasions.
- Handle birthday, anniversary, corporate and special-occasion reservations.
- Stay connected with guests before and after their visit when required.
- Collect guest feedback and ensure concerns are addressed immediately.
- Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the service, kitchen and bar teams regarding special guest requests.
- Understand TSS food, cocktails, events, live music, Happy Hours and other offerings.
- Inform guests about upcoming events and experiences at TSS.
- Maintain professional grooming and strong front-of-house presence.




- Support management in building a solid community of loyal TSS guests.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The candidate should have:

- Previous experience in Guest Relations / Guest Experience / Front Office / Hospitality.
- Experience in a premium restaurant, high-energy bar, hotel or nightlife venue is strongly preferred.
- Hotel Management qualification will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong spoken English and Hindi.
- Smart personality with excellent grooming and presentation.
- Confidence to interact with different types of guests.
- Ability to remember faces, names and guest preferences.
- Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
- Comfortable working during evenings, weekends and busy live-music nights.
- Good understanding of social hospitality and relationship building.
- A naturally warm, positive and approachable personality.

THE TSS GRM We are not looking for someone who simply stands at the entrance and greets guests.

We need someone who knows our guests, remembers them, understands what they like and gives them a reason to come back.

At TSS, Guest Relations is about turning a first-time visitor into a regular and a regular into part of the TSS community.
