Somewhere in Bangalore theres a 63-year-old who has quietly decided her travelling days are behind her. They arent. Your job is to find her.

ElderGo runs all-inclusive group tours for Indian travellers aged 55 and above. Last year, 200 of them went with us across 8 countries - and seven in ten came back for another trip. The product works. The trips sell.

The gap is reaching more of the right people.

The Role

Youll own how ElderGo finds its travellers. That starts with paid - running our campaigns, building the creative, knowing why one ad works and another doesnt. Youll be sharper at this than we are, and youll have room to run.

But it doesnt end there. There are far more people out there whod love these trips than were currently reaching, and finding them is the real work of this role. We have a clear sense of where to look next. Were hiring someone wholl have a better one.

Our sales team is about to grow from 4 people to 12. This role is what makes that possible.

Who You Might Be





Youve run consumer campaigns yourself - hands on the account, over months, not a slide deck about them.

Youve marketed something people think about before buying, not something they add to a cart.

Youve started something where there was nothing, and you liked that part.

Youve carried a number that was yours to answer for.

Youre in Bengaluru, or happy to be.

Coming from B2B or SaaS The instincts tend not to transfer - this is a different craft.

Marketing here isnt a support function. Its the thing that decides how quick the company grows, and right now nobody owns it. Youd work directly with the founders, on a product people write thank-you letters about, in a category almost nobody in India is serving properly. Its a lot of room for one person. Thats the offer.
