The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Growth & People Intern to work closely with the founding team across business operations, client relationships, recruiter management, people operations and talent acquisition.

You’ll get hands-on experience in how an early-stage startup is built and will have the chance to take real ownership from day one.

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day operations and support the founding team

Build and maintain client relationships

Onboard and manage specialist recruiters on our marketplace

Support HR, people operations and team initiatives

Assist with talent acquisition, candidate research and outreach

Support sales, growth and marketing initiatives





Take ownership of special projects and solve problems across the business

What We’re Looking For

Undergraduate student with strong communication and organisational skills

Curious, proactive and comfortable taking initiative

Interested in startups, technology, people and business

Strong research and problem-solving ability

Willing to learn and take ownership in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience isn’t required.
